I had the misfortune of living there with my four children, and it was a living nightmare. My unit was burglarized multiple times, and although I asked to move units, my landlord wouldn't allow it. He even disregarded my requests to move to another city. I suffer from PTSD and felt unsafe, and the neighbours did nothing to help. I was even harassed by my own landlord and the other residents, who were mostly elderly or disabled white women and their families. Eventually, I had to move away, but the landlord paid none of my expenses and offered no apology or assistance. more ... hide ...

I really appreciate all the staff at the Anacortes Housing Authority The ladys in the office are always polite and Im sure they have had to deal with some ridiculous situations and people at times The maintenance guys are awesome Again always polite I really appreciate all the staff at the Anacortes Housing Authority The ladys in the office are always polite and Im sure they have had to deal with some ridiculous situations and people at times The maintenance guys are awesome Again always polite and friendly I have never had to wait more than 24hr to get a response to a work order They keep the property really nice and clean and go above and beyond for us residents in my opinion I came after Bryan so I dont know what it was like before he took over but it really sounds like he did a fantastic job and he is definitely doing something right because the staff really seems like a team and they all seem happy with him I really think they deserve a way better score but that is just my opinion more ... hide ...
