They dont pick up their calls even their top managers from their headquarters ignore emails Very organization

I am seriously disgusted with Renton housing authority right now as for the whole year I have been unable to contact anyone their phone number doesnt work how unprofessional of them to not mail out letters explaining what is going on with their offic I am seriously disgusted with Renton housing authority right now as for the whole year I have been unable to contact anyone their phone number doesnt work how unprofessional of them to not mail out letters explaining what is going on with their office and I have been told personally by them that they would not be giving out their new address to anyone what kind of business are they running here I think the executive director need to be let go my personal opinion on all of this right now more ... hide ...

I recently moved into their new apartment homes If youre looking for a starter place its great but not to stay for a while My neighbor above has kids but lets them run and stomp all the time Ive called Renton housing numerous times Its to the point I I recently moved into their new apartment homes If youre looking for a starter place its great but not to stay for a while My neighbor above has kids but lets them run and stomp all the time Ive called Renton housing numerous times Its to the point Ive had to call the police cause I couldnt sleep for 3 weeks and Renton housing wasnt getting back to me after many attempts of contacting them Phone calls emails Even when I did get in contact Nothing happen much I leave my apartment daily just so I dont have hear it There is no apartment manager to get in contact with And instead of them dealing with it They rather me call the police I even asked to have a sit down with the director and the ones who said they would help However he didnt even acknowledge the meeting I strongly advise to think before applying Yes they do help and I am beyond grateful but I also do deserve a peaceful place to where I dont have have my tv on 100 to drown out my neighbors more ... hide ...

So far I got quick response after receiving information about my place in the waiting list They werenVery patient and helpful in assisting me to complete my applicationnTHANKS KIM
