During the six months I've been here, my refrigerator has not been fixed or replaced, although it has been leaking water across my kitchen floor and not sealing appropriately. My air conditioner and heater weren't functional when I moved in, and it got really hot in my apartment. It wasn't taken care of for three weeks, until my doorbell buzzer started to make a loud buzzing noise. They fixed that same day, and at the same time, took care of my air conditioner and heater. The dryers in the community laundry for the people downstairs has been operating more often than not since I've been here, and they are coin-operated, which I found strange. You're not allowed to use the laundry facilities located upstairs or elsewhere on the property, and you can be threatened with eviction or even evicted if any resident reports something about you, whether it is true or not. It's very easy to make enemies here since residents like to be nosy. As a result of a recent experience, which I will not discuss, I recommend wearing a body cam anytime you leave your apartment.
