I have tried called several times an tried to speak with my case worker have left messages on her phone an it says dont leave more than one so it wont delay the process but she hasnt EVEN CALLED ME BACK THE FIRST TIME THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

The staff was very polite nd it was clean only thing is being on a waiting list but Im going to wait I dont think it will be much longer
