I have only bad news about the experience I had with a LACDA housing assistance agent. They were very disrespectful and lacked communication. They were very disrespectful and lacked communication. It seemed like they expected everyone to already know their process, and there was no clarity regarding procedures and protocols. Who is training these workers? I have two decades of experience in customer service, internal and external, and this is not a suitable way to talk to managers who are trying to house those in need. The agent's name is either D**ra or Reb**ca; she was incredibly rude and disrespectful to me. It does not matter if they are receiving incentives for housing, there is no excuse for this sort of behavior. She even hung up on me when I asked her not to be disrespectful, and she shouted that she would talk to my manager. You cannot tell people to "listen, listen, listen"; this is not how professionals should speak to each other. I am appalled and let down by this program, which is fully funded by the government. My only goal is to help those in need of housing and support my community. I cannot believe that this program lacks customer service training; I have had experience hosting customer service training in the past, so I am sure I could teach them something. Trying to reach someone I have a tenant on a subsidy They are saying they arent getting paid by LACDA I have tried calling LACDA with no response Do I need to come to your office to talk to a person

It is impossible to reach anyone via phone I tried 3 workers and 7 supervisors After leaving 10 messages with no response I am hoping someone will call me back
