Very helpful in a paperwork disaster that almost put me out of my place

They have always been very nice to me and help the best they can The only thing I do not agree with is when you have a change of income They make you report any increase within 10 days and make you pay more right away but when you have a decrease the They have always been very nice to me and help the best they can The only thing I do not agree with is when you have a change of income They make you report any increase within 10 days and make you pay more right away but when you have a decrease they do nothing until 3 months of that change During covid I almost lost my apartment because of this I was stuck paying 500month when I lost my jobincome and wouldnt adjust it for 3 months Thats impossible to pay when you dont have an income more ... hide ...

Very friendly I was working with Hide M Thank God she wasnt 1 of those people that does NOT have a sense of humor I do have a tendency to joke around especially when Im tired She was very understanding receptionist is so veryvery friendly

The Fargo Housing Authority I have to be honest I know the people who work here and do everything they can to help you if you have a legitimate claim I also know a lot of people who apply for housing often times dont update their mailing address or t The Fargo Housing Authority I have to be honest I know the people who work here and do everything they can to help you if you have a legitimate claim I also know a lot of people who apply for housing often times dont update their mailing address or they dont take proactive measures to ensure that the Housing Authority can help you No just because you have gave your information to another government program does not mean the HA has it Most government programs are independent of each other and there is not central database that they draw from at least outside a background checknnThere are countless stories of people not updating there information and then they lose their spot in line because the HA cant get a hold of you this is your responsibility not theirs especially if you change your phone number So do some of my friends a favor and take personal responsibility of yourself so they can get you the help you need more ... hide ...
