Beverly at Douglas County has always been kind and has compassion for people that are in need of her assistance

I waited for 25 years to get into their housing Any issues or concerns I bring up are dealt with appropriately I like DCHA and am glad I didnt go with OHA They never responded to any messages I left The wait list is long but definitely worth the wait

I came in today thinking that this Place could be of some encouragement and help I have a 1 year old and a disabled son Currently had to quit working due to my disabilities and to care for the kids Im in desperate need of a home for my kids and I esp I came in today thinking that this Place could be of some encouragement and help I have a 1 year old and a disabled son Currently had to quit working due to my disabilities and to care for the kids Im in desperate need of a home for my kids and I especially for my disabled sonnI asked the older lady at the front desk with long grey hair how long she thought it would be and I told her my circumstances and she is the rudest hateful person I have ever came in contact with And this is a Housing Authority A company that is suppose to help and give you some guidance and answers rightnHer answer was 34 years I said but my son is severely disabled and we need a home soon She cut me off and said We only have one home for a disabled person and so its gonna be awhilenThank you That gave me some encouragementnWhoever owns this Facility definitely take some time to think about who is the Face of your facility and what your company stands fornThis lady is ridiculous Horrible customer service and 0 sympathy at allnnGod Bless more ... hide ...
