After an extended wait of three years (which was not the fault of the staff), I was blessed to have been given the opportunity to move to Saratoga Heights. My children were small at the time, but when they grew up I had to relocate. My children were small at the time, but when they grew up I had to relocate. The personnel here have done an admirable job in spite of two decades of federal budget cuts that have left them heavily understaffed. On Christmas, each resident was surprised to receive a gift bag of treats and a card from two of the staff members (out of the total 100 they made). These ladies likely paid for the items out of their own pockets, showcasing their acceptance of everyone regardless of race, religion, or creed. As with any landlord, there are sometimes issues that arise; sometimes their hands are tied because the government does not furnish them with the resources necessary to provide for all of our needs. When I arrived here, I was looking for a phone number but upon seeing the reviews, I felt compelled to comment. I am very grateful for the staff, who truly work their tails off. Some are approaching retirement age, and I worry about what will become of us without them. May God bless them all! more ... hide ...

Never open rude not helpful must hate their job or hate themselves along with everybody around them shouldnt be working with people or need to be retrained in customer service You serve the community not the other way around
