Tried reaching out to someone at the housing office no response spoke to someone last month she called but would not give her name have not heard from her since than

Rent assets have not paid there part of there rent now I been told I owe them whats there reason for that did thy run out of money or what happend

I am a landlord I have tried to reach my tenant worker for 4 weeks 3 emails and phone calls rent assistance has not paid May or Junes rent I have been unable to reach the case worker
