I called and inquired about an section 8 housing list for a client I was told by the woman who answered the phone I could stop by to grab one I confirmed their address and hours of operation I drove from New Britain to Bristol Housing Authority Ever I called and inquired about an section 8 housing list for a client I was told by the woman who answered the phone I could stop by to grab one I confirmed their address and hours of operation I drove from New Britain to Bristol Housing Authority Everything was locked and from the outside you could assume it was closed Even the lights were dimmed I had to bang on the inside doors to be let in Then the woman that answers the door says they dont have any section 8 housing lists Unacceptable After I told her I called ahead and drove out from New Britain I insisted I be given something After shuffling around a bit I was given a 2021 listnnWhat I dont understand is why my client who is section 8 approved couldnt just be given the list when he asked before I feel terrible for those who have to advocate from themselves Grossly incompetent more ... hide ...

Very rude people I waited for more thann 10 min outside I arrived before they closed by 15 min but they were locking the main door I asked her just to hand me an empty application and she ignored me even she didnt respond Very disrespectful

Had an appointment for re certification The person I had to see doesnt work this office no more Door are locked Made 4 calls before a got an answer Left paper in the box Thanks

I lived there for 13 yrs never had a problem with anyone if u keep to yourself you love the place like l did woukdnt mind moving back
