When my husband suddenly passed away on November 4th, 2009, I was overwhelmed with all I had to do. I submitted an application to the main office of King Manor, and found out shortly after that Midtowne Manor 2 had an opening, only about 8 months lat When my husband suddenly passed away on November 4th, 2009, I was overwhelmed with all I had to do. I submitted an application to the main office of King Manor, and found out shortly after that Midtowne Manor 2 had an opening, only about 8 months later. Everything was happening so quickly and I was in a state of confusion. I moved away from Midtowne Manor 2 around two years later due to a neighbor who was harassing me. I applied for Section 8 and was accepted, so I moved to 47th West and Grand Avenue. I stayed there for almost three years before I returned to Midtowne Manor 2 on June 3rd, 2014. I have been here for more than four years and am now transferring to either Grandview Manor or King Manor due to issues with falling. I had a total hip replacement on April 3rd this year and it was approved as a reasonable accommodation for the transfer. I was sent a letter at the beginning of June confirming my approval for the transfer. I wasn't expecting to move again, so I am wondering how long it will take for me to find an opening at Grandview Manor or King Manor. Whenever I try to submit my question about this reasonable accommodation, it says my email address is invalid. Thank you! more ... hide ...

Only complaint is the mass amount of continual paperwork

Sorry for this bad review but I love at Midtown manor My experience here has been terrible I met horrible people here My lock sounds like its being picked on a couple of occasions The walls are so thin you can hear when someone leaves there apartmen Sorry for this bad review but I love at Midtown manor My experience here has been terrible I met horrible people here My lock sounds like its being picked on a couple of occasions The walls are so thin you can hear when someone leaves there apartment so criminals use that to stock you One night I caught the girl upstairs from me picking my lock I have went through seven cell phones since I lived here Due to the fact that my upstairs neighbor hacks my cell phones and TV plus any cell phone that comes in my apartment I have had nothing but bad experiences since moved in more ... hide ...
