I went to the HUD office today to put in a application for housing I stood at the front desk window and they act like I wasnt there One lady walked by I waited 15 minutes and left I want go back there again

GHA have a lot of clients and cant get to everyone at once However Juanita Reid is an awesome caseworker and I pray that Gods uncommon favor and abundant blessings overflow in her life like never before

Olivia Rudd wow she is the rudest most noncompassionate person I have ever met in my entire life I have reported her unethical behavior many many times to her supervisor ROBIN ARMSTRONG and to no avail NOTHING has ever been done about it I have reque Olivia Rudd wow she is the rudest most noncompassionate person I have ever met in my entire life I have reported her unethical behavior many many times to her supervisor ROBIN ARMSTRONG and to no avail NOTHING has ever been done about it I have requested to have another worker and I was lied to and told I could not do that that they assign workers based on last names I dont see how someone like OLIVA RUDD is able to even work with the public When I go for my appointments she always has a very nasty demeanor and a horrible attitude She is never welcoming nor does she ever speak She calls you back to her office and wont even said Hi She has already did illegal activity with a different housing agency and they allowed her to get another position with Garlandread about it on Dallas newsnnThis woman made me lose my voucher because she did not want to schedule my inspection but she never told me I even had to have an inspection being a first time participant She lied to the community manger where I was moving to and told them that my voucher had already expired when in fact it didnt expire until 2 months later She forced me to put a move out letter in my at the time current apartment before I could even get my voucher estimate and I never ever had to do that before When did a policy come in where one would have to put a move out date in before even finding another place to stay And if such policy does exist why is it that I was never made aware of it Olivia Rudd treats participants like nothing I hope an investigation is opened and her position within the company is evaluated All you have to do is interview her clients I am sure youll get the same report from all the participants cases she manage She has her favorites and I spoke to another girl that she goes to church with and she loves her and makes sure she is aware of all type of perks and extra benefits that she doesnt share with others When I was on the program and was earning escrow I had missing money and she tried to tell me that my calculations were wrong I am almost certain she took itJust because someone needs housing doesnt mean they should be treated like they are less than And OlIVIA RUDE should not be able to work with the public considering how bad she treats people more ... hide ...

When I told them about my situation and sent them paperwork to explain why I couldn't find housing right away, they refused to give me an extension. I then found a two-bedroom apartment in Hutchin, got approved and signed the lease. I took it to Garland Housing, but they said it cost too much. Ilivia Rudd told me to go back to the apartment and ask them to reduce the rent, which they wanted to set my voucher for. The apartment manager was willing to lower the rent by $100, but Ilivia Rudd said it wasn't enough. The apartment was $1157, and she wanted the people to reduce it to $940, the price of a one-bedroom. They wouldn't do it, so she took my voucher and told me it had expired. They certainly don't help anyone. My kids and I have been in a hotel ever since, but God will provide a way. more ... hide ...
