Ive had many issues with this housing authority but the most recent one is the fact that my refrigerator is too cold Its been about two weeks and the issue has not been resolved Turning it down to lower the temperature doesnt help Its still very cold Ive had many issues with this housing authority but the most recent one is the fact that my refrigerator is too cold Its been about two weeks and the issue has not been resolved Turning it down to lower the temperature doesnt help Its still very cold My fresh veggies are too cold and my eggs are colder than they should be Since the housing manager was on vacation last week I spoke with a Mary Billionaire Director of Public Housing about this issue on Friday July 16th around 10 am She promised me with a smile that shed put in a work order for both a new toilet seat and have maintenance look into the issue She said that maintenance was in the Ann Whalen building that day If maintenance couldnt fix the problem shed have an appliance professional come in Her words exactly Now its Tuesday and my refrigerator is still on the blink Maintenance was sent to look at the refrigerator but one who is under the tutelage of the foreman Not his fault but Id already suggested that the foreman take a look at my refrigerator No go So my refrigerator is crying out to be fixed or dumped Ive been here 7 years and this refrigerator has been here much longernnSo at this point Im wondering if this is retaliation because this is the second time Ms Billionaire has lied to me First was the fact that my completed lease recertification forms were given to her in her hand she made a copy for me and had gotten my papers out of order Purposely I think so She said that shed give them to the housing manager she never did So I was faulted for not turning in my lease on time Finally my papers were found Ms Billionaire said she forgot to hand them in Ive got the proof in my emails Now how in the world could that happen as the director of public housing Or Ive thought that its possible that theres a color barrier Im an AfricanAmerican woman who has a voice so Im beginning to believe her behavior towards me is racial based on my many many years of experiencennI did confront her today about the fact that she didnt put my order in re the refrigerator She said she did I said she didnt based on fact Then she said shed have to see if she put it in Pretty pathetic Again she lied I did ask her if I had to go outside of this authority to get my refrigerator fixed or replaced She was numb All of this is shamefulno one should have to go through this if they are dealing with supposedprofessionals more ... hide ...
