Almost 3 mo No word Never been such a long wait before with no response Recd a message in Feb that appl was recd but cant get an updateexcept taking longer than expected And its even past that time limit

Horrible they dont return phone calls After you have done everything they asked still no response Very unprofessional I guess they assist who they want

There good but they dont let you know if youre approved for any type of assistance especially for utility assistance This year it has gotten worse now they want extra documents for proof Isnt my drivers license and birth certificate enough
