I am new here, but I want to make it clear that this is a really nice apartment building. If anyone has anything negative to say about this great property, I will direct them to where I lived before in Miles City, Montana. Let me tell you, those who I am new here, but I want to make it clear that this is a really nice apartment building. Let me tell you, those who don't appreciate Lakeside Manor can go live where I was paying a rental fee of $480 per month - and I didn't even have the same amenities here - like an indoor mailbox, a glass elevator, a seating area on my floor, a nice laundry room, cameras, a secure key fob entry, and a local transit bus that stops at the door every hour. The management have been great to me and I look forward to continuing to do business with them in the future. The view out of my large window is stunning - I've even seen a bald eagle flying over the lake! My apartment has got new appliances and a really decent air conditioner, a peephole in the front door, plenty of storage space, a fast-flushing toilet, a large kitchen sink, and wall outlets. It's been totally refurbished and kept up very well - even worth the market rental value, but I don't pay that much! I'm so very thankful and fortunate to be here. When I moved into Lakeside Manor, it was an upgrade of my living conditions for sure! more ... hide ...

The units are nicely remodeled but I had electrical issues with my stove that caused safety issues No notifications of oven or burners on waking up with burners on etc I submitted two work orders within my first week of living there and two months la The units are nicely remodeled but I had electrical issues with my stove that caused safety issues No notifications of oven or burners on waking up with burners on etc I submitted two work orders within my first week of living there and two months later after a fire in a different unit it had still not been fixed or replaced Now I was denied section 8 because I moved out for safety reasons that were not taken care of in a reasonable amount of time and its because lakeside says I owe them money I never got a final bill and when Id called the manager there to set up a time to discuss the issue and why I was moving out as her end of the lease was broken by her she never called me back to schedule that more ... hide ...
