Good afternoon, I recently had a phone conversation with Terri Mueller, and I am concerned about her lack of helpfulness. She has been using a threatening approach when speaking with some of her clients. She has been using a threatening approach when speaking with some of her clients. One of my friends, a single father with a two-year-old son, recently got approved for Section 8 housing. He had a job, but the management refused to provide the Norman Section 8 Housing Authority with verification of his employment. When he explained this to Terri, she proceeded to accuse him of trying to talk over her, lying about his job, and not cooperating. As someone who is also homeless and awaiting approval for Norman Section 8 Rental Assistance, I feel I should voice my concerns about the way she is handling these situations, especially when a child is involved. Could someone please respond to this email and let me know my worries will be looked into? Thank you. Not a long wait time and the people were very helpful on the application process especially helping fill the pages out

The workers are very rude the best one they had ended up retiring earlier this year No matter how appropriate you are or act or how much you try to respectively treat them they always have something prude to say in return You would think a federally The workers are very rude the best one they had ended up retiring earlier this year No matter how appropriate you are or act or how much you try to respectively treat them they always have something prude to say in return You would think a federally funded housing authority office would be more about actually listening to the people and being there for them to help us or maybe even them taking some sort of pride in ther job but no theyre not there to help any one or make an impressionable attempt at easing the dilemmas placed upon you while dealing with a place where you can call home An do not expect them to call you back for at least a week or two and also they wont notify you of any inspection cancellations Good luck more ... hide ...
