In my experience here, the only people I have had wonderful interactions with are the maintenance crew from before the manager and man left. He had an amazing team and some of them are still here. As for the head director, I believe that she should n In my experience here, the only people I have had wonderful interactions with are the maintenance crew from before the manager and man left. He had an amazing team and some of them are still here. As for the head director, I believe that she should not only show respect, but also have compassion, which I find lacking in the way she runs the place. It is unfortunate when the women you work with are more scared of you than wanting to be close to you. I found out firsthand how deceitful they are and it makes me wonder how many more people do it. I was homeless, lost my home and worked hard to do everything they asked, but at the end of it all, when I was signing the last of the paperwork, I received a phone call since they wouldn't answer my calls or emails, they claimed they had sent. Anyways, I got a letter saying they couldn't help with the eviction, which made no sense because I didn't have anything of the sort and I did everything they asked. All of a sudden this comes up? I asked them to prove that I had this and they couldn't. After calling a lawyer, I found nothing, no eviction. So basically, they lied, knowing I had children, knowing I had no home during covid and still had the audacity to not help. All they tried was section 8, but I had such an issue with it that I had to beg for another 60 days, but with the prices more ... hide ...

They take excellent care of the residents who live there The properties are well maintained and if its broke they fix it immediately It is also a safe and secure place for all residents Office staff are wonderful
