I am very thankful that I was accepted into the program, however it has been extremely difficult to get in contact with my case worker, A. Paccate. I have tried to reach out to her supervisor, Ms. Lynch, but she has yet to respond to my inquiries. After traveling all night from Tennessee back to Texas in order to sign my contract and start receiving payments, I was informed that they were not open to the public and that I would receive an email (which I am certain I will not receive). Being a first timer on this program, the process and need for help with questions and concerns is outrageous. My landlord is anxious because he does not understand what is going on either. I drove over 20 minutes to meet with A. Paccate but she was not even willing to come out and speak with me. This has caused me a great deal of frustration and distress and I feel that my needs as a citizen/resident are not being taken seriously. It would be better if someone contacted me soon because I left my children behind in Tennessee just to come here. It would have been good to receive an email or phone call to inform me of the closure, so I did not waste my time and gas. I am hoping that someone will reach out soon. more ... hide ...

Angela Young was a good caseworker I do miss her in this time of responding back getting things done I have a new case worker now They had others taking the cases I was scolded by someone because I called Why Not responding So I requested to Angela Young was a good caseworker I do miss her in this time of responding back getting things done I have a new case worker now They had others taking the cases I was scolded by someone because I called Why Not responding So I requested to speak with a supervisor We suffer when things arent done in a timely matter My landlord is waiting on a response from them Im not under a lease because of this The landlord will not renew until they here from housing Dont get mad because of the responses We have a right to be responded to in a timely manner not to be scolded because were persistent Christmas around the cornerDont need this You dont pay they make me pay and will start eviction process Reading some of the reviews I see its not just me I understand shortness staff and other issues but you dont scold someone because want s answered more ... hide ...
