This is suppose to help individuals in need and when you submit all the required documents for the assistance they find some dumb reason to continue to ask for the same document that had been sent 3 different times What is the point of asking for the This is suppose to help individuals in need and when you submit all the required documents for the assistance they find some dumb reason to continue to ask for the same document that had been sent 3 different times What is the point of asking for the same documents and stating they are waiting for this information when everything was already sent Then to top it off no response for almost 3 months when I hear other people getting there issues being handled promptly I feel this is all who you know and if they really want to help this is not first come first serve type of thing I find it ridiculous that someone has to literally be kicked out of the home to actually receive this assistance They deserve no stars more ... hide ...

The worker that sent me an acceptance letter was never in the office during the time frame I had to respond No one answers or returns calls Got my hope is just to tell me i missed the deadline and the complex I was accepted to was full already

I was applying for the rent utilities program and I kept sending all the information there were asking for and everytime I sent all the info they kept switching up the worker on me saying oh that worker doesnt work in this department anymore and now I was applying for the rent utilities program and I kept sending all the information there were asking for and everytime I sent all the info they kept switching up the worker on me saying oh that worker doesnt work in this department anymore and now there telling me that the program is closed when I was trying to get the help since April when Im over here currently suffering from COVID19 Whats going on are these people pocketing the money for themselves or something because this is crazy or is it because Im a male is that why I am being discriminated more ... hide ...

I call their telephone line everyday maybe 3x to get a update on my case and no one ever answer the phone I dont understand why have a number if theyre not going to pick up
