I am deeply dissatisfied with this establishment. Earlier today, I was told that I, along with my two toddlers, will be homeless starting tomorrow. Last week, I got a letter in the mail saying that I will be moving into the new ironwork apartments in I am deeply dissatisfied with this establishment. Last week, I got a letter in the mail saying that I will be moving into the new ironwork apartments in slo tomorrow at 5pm. I had my unit number and everything packed in a trailer. At 5:07pm (the night before the move-in date), I received a phone call informing me that I would not be able to move in tomorrow because the woman who had to verify my info had just received my file. I had my interview two months ago and was approved a month ago, yet my file was sent to the verifying woman just now. I told mirabelle that I would be homeless starting tomorrow and she told me she didn't want to rent to me anymore due to my attitude, but she promised to speak to her supervisor and call me back. An hour later, mirabelle called me back to say that her supervisor did not approve and I would have to wait for someone to call me back next week to review my file. They caused me massive distress in a few minutes, showing not even a hint of sympathy. As a long-time resident of the county who is a single mother and low-income, I am appalled at the callousness of this organization. more ... hide ...

I usually dont review stuff But this place is amazing I have a hard time with paperwork Theyve been very helpful Very professional I am very impressed

I have been blessed with outstanding workers at HASLO Zona Torres Inez Kenny and Esther Castillo Above and beyond great workers
