This morning, I had to force myself to get out of bed because I recently had open heart surgery and I'm having a difficult recovery. I went to make the copies to submit my application, however, due to Covid19, the procedure has changed. I went to make the copies to submit my application, however, due to Covid19, the procedure has changed. I called to ask how to submit the application and paperwork and the secretary said to put it in the mailbox. I mentioned that it wasn't a dropbox and so I had to fold the paperwork together as I didn't have anything to keep it all together. She replied in a very impolite manner, "Yeah that would be smart, don't you think?". When I saw that it was just a regular mailbox, I put it in and waited to see if she would come get it as it contained our birth certificates, social security numbers, and license numbers. I called back a few minutes later and asked if she was going to come out and get them, to which she said no. I expressed my concern that all of our information was in there, but she rudely said that people drop off stuff even when they are closed and nothing happens. I retorted that there was no need for her to speak to me in such a way, but she shouted at me and told me not to talk over her. It is unacceptable for someone to talk to people like that and maybe she needs to find a new job. more ... hide ...

Some of the women that work in the office are nice others are rude and act like they either hate their jobs or its just an inconvenience to speak to you For me personally I didnt get a rude one until I was about to leave The only real true issue I ha Some of the women that work in the office are nice others are rude and act like they either hate their jobs or its just an inconvenience to speak to you For me personally I didnt get a rude one until I was about to leave The only real true issue I have with them is that they will not take payments over the phone or have a website to go to to make a payment They can because I actually had one lady do it before but for whatever reason they choose not to When I was living in housing I didnt have a car so I wasnt able to get around to get a money order and make my monthly payments therefore I fell behind even though I had the money to pay Considering everything is pretty much internet based right now it would be helpful if they caught up to the modern times and started doing this for the convenience of those who arent able to make it into the office to make a money order payment more ... hide ...
