Lately, I have had to contact the housing authority more often. Each time, I have been met with a nasty attitude. Just recently, when I used the automated prompts and chose option "0" for customer service, I asked for the location where I could apply Lately, I have had to contact the housing authority more often. Just recently, when I used the automated prompts and chose option "0" for customer service, I asked for the location where I could apply for the mass rental voucher program. The woman on the phone said she did not understand what I was talking about, and then when I repeated myself, she claimed I was not being specific. I thought I had been clear enough in my request. After repeating myself again, I courteously asked to speak to someone else and she abruptly hung up on me! This is not acceptable customer service. I have only encountered one woman who was polite and patient with me. I understand that many people are trying to get assistance right now, but there should still be consistency and patience when it comes to helping customers. more ... hide ...

It needs better cleaning around the building its real awful I mean we have beautiful days they could clean up a bit outside the area or around the block is real dirty and disgusting

Housing authority does not care about the people who need help where just the bottom of the barrel for them Im very upset never in 10 years missed rent or anything we just want to be treated like people with decency and respect and be heard
