Housing vouchers are worthless You can not find a home you have to be put on a wait list and by the time you get your place the vouchers are expired no one accepts vouchers only low income housing the program is worthless

Being in the rental housing management it is nice to see an entity that helps assist those who are in need Although we are working from 2 different entities it always feels like teamwork when we get things accomplished such as new move ins recerts Being in the rental housing management it is nice to see an entity that helps assist those who are in need Although we are working from 2 different entities it always feels like teamwork when we get things accomplished such as new move ins recerts inspections honestly so thankful you all inspect the units to not only keep us on our toes but to help the residents know of their expectations when receiving assistance to help them pay their rent I cant imagine the work load you all have with minimal funding to stretch between your staffing and then to assist the hundreds or recipients who receive or are requesting to get assistance I only hope that each and everyone one of them know that there are only so many of you and many of them that you are not miracle workers but do all you can If the recipients can be a part of the team work and do what is necessary on their part and not just expect handouts then it will always make for a smoother ride No one is perfect but I know each and everyone of you that I have worked with do your best and I appreciate it more ... hide ...
