Marcey Moseley was extremely CONDESCENDING towards me In person she was ok but I had call her to ask questions about the status of my vocher and she seem annoyed by me and was completely CONDESCENDING UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL She keep asking Marcey Moseley was extremely CONDESCENDING towards me In person she was ok but I had call her to ask questions about the status of my vocher and she seem annoyed by me and was completely CONDESCENDING UNPROFESSIONAL and DISRESPECTFUL She keep asking do I understand in the rudest way and expressed how irritated she was when I emailed her and called her She told me I was just a number in the system She had such a bad tone in her voice the whole conversation and straight up hung up the phone on me like wow I cant believe how different she is on the phone vs in person Moreover she got me confused with someone else then told me I wasnt on the list I corrected her and explained the name change then she realized she was wrong She doesnt care about you and takes forever to do her jobLike people come here for help no to be treated like dirt The other staff were nice to me Also everytime I mentioned her name to a property manager they all had issues with Macrey Moseley Avoid her more ... hide ...
