Housing Authority of the City of Riverbank

Place is alright every few minutes I see someone in a white car circle around Loud noises at night Sometimes smell like marijuana I would see a man in ripped clothes walk around

Weird place Mexicans water the concrete they mow the concrete and they weed eat the sidewalk
