I got Terminated cause the landlord didnt turn my paperwork in on time and I gave her a deposit I tried calling up there and sent a email to my case worker no answer no me and my kids have nowhere to go

I would put 5 stars but only because Mr Phillips over the porting department I only put one star because they didnt have a zero star this has been the worst experience ever I was told I needed to move out in March my move out date is May 31st guess w I would put 5 stars but only because Mr Phillips over the porting department I only put one star because they didnt have a zero star this has been the worst experience ever I was told I needed to move out in March my move out date is May 31st guess what I am on housing and about to be homeless because my paperwork isnt correct and completed to port me out Once ported out it takes 3060 days to get into a house Ahhhhh I have children and cant believe they are doing this to me more ... hide ...

Literally the most rude people that work here they treat you like youre nothing when there job is to serve the public The seriously need to do some more training on how to deal with and talk to people

Called NOW NUMEROUS times EVERYTIME reaching a recording saying away from your desk and then it hangs up They dont even attempt to take phone calls or help anybody
