My experience has been the worst of my life since I moved in. Other apartments that are not public housing are far better. It is strongly advised to live with a family member or friend, or even in a tent in the woods, instead of public housing. Most of the people living in public housing have physical or mental illnesses, and many have no teeth at a very young age. This may be due to the lack of mental capacity to brush their teeth regularly, or simply a lack of care.
