The units come equipped with their own washer/dryer, a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living area, two to three bedrooms, one restroom, a front and back door, and patios with a small storage area. You can store items such as baby pools, children's sports equipment, and tools in the storage area. There is also a play area for kids, a clothesline to hang clothes, and two rooms that can be rented out for special occasions like birthdays, holidays, and graduations (one is bigger than the other and includes a kitchen). The parking is great and Sunrise Park is situated right across, offering a place for picnics, basketball, or baseball. I am aware that this is HUD housing approved and it's relatively quiet. The only downside is that the apartments have tiled linoleum floors and heating vents close to the ceiling. However, one can install carpet on the tiled floors if desired. The one-bedroom units are designed for a single tenant, although married couples are allowed to live there too; however, there isn't a lot of space for furniture. In the past, there was a Caseys General Store, a grocery store, and a Hostess Wonderbread store, but those are no longer in Maryville more ... hide ...
