Case worker MRS DAY is very efficient aswell as a pleasure to deal with We are grateful

It started out a couple of years ago with Gloria Valdez very nice accommodating But Gloria Valdez was taken away from us and several other people were assigned to us They all were ugly and rude to us even the supervisor Stella Garcia I have emai It started out a couple of years ago with Gloria Valdez very nice accommodating But Gloria Valdez was taken away from us and several other people were assigned to us They all were ugly and rude to us even the supervisor Stella Garcia I have emailed many time and no decent response Only that we have to stay in place Not allowed to move to a 2 bedroom duplex or house So one single mom with an 8 year old a 1 12 year old have to stay in place Never bother to help us find a place within the voucher Seems like extreme discrimination I wrote to HUD organizations located in Fort Worth nothing yet more ... hide ...

Crystal was wonderful Assisted me at the apt with paper work After looking for 9 weeks she was able to find a place in 1 day I move in in 1 week All staff were very kind
