I applied in October 2021 and I instantly got a confirmation, but then things went quiet. My landlord was kind enough to wait as he had other tenants using this service and it all happened very speedily. Following a series of weekly calls, messages and practically daily emails, I finally began sending emails to any name that I could find working for this company. That is what eventually resulted in someone examining my case and admitting it should have been approved months ago. When they eventually issued payment, I was 7k behind. One week later, I received the recertification email. I filled it out and returned it the following day. It wasn't until June 2022 that I got my recertification. Recently, I had an email on September 26th 2022 and I filled it out and resubmitted it on the 28th. On November 28th, I was told my lease had expired in September and I needed to submit a new one or an extension to my current lease. I contacted my landlord and sent my extended lease on December 2nd. On the 8th, I got an email saying this was their final attempt to verify the lease, yet I had already sent it on the 2nd. I have time stamps to prove it! I have called several times today with nobody answering and I have left four messages and emailed Muhammed, who was sending me more ... hide ...

If I could give zero stars I would They are rude and laugh at you Dont be surprised if it takes MONTHS to get a response and do not drive to their Indy office because you wont be allowed to talk to anybody Dont waste your time
