I currently live here Im a single mom with 2 young boys and I had no where to live nor could I afford anything on my own Had I not got into these apartments I would not have had a place to live I give all the thanks to Mary Polite the Property Manage I currently live here Im a single mom with 2 young boys and I had no where to live nor could I afford anything on my own Had I not got into these apartments I would not have had a place to live I give all the thanks to Mary Polite the Property Manager She will help you as much as she can There maintence staff is friendly and they have never gave me any issues The community is great and there seems to be little to no issues They have 2 playgrounds in the community and the property is located in town and is very convenient I love it here Im so thankful we have a place to call home As long as you abide by the rules you wont have any issues Alisa Cantrell is my other property manaher and she to is so amazing and will help you in any way she can if you have a problem that needs to be dealt with or any concerns These ladies are wonderful Im very blessed more ... hide ...

They charge you for doing work its a low income place 20 for everything they have to do after hours and I had a gas leak they charge me 20 just to come fix it the smell was so strong the gas leak was right where my sons room is luckily my kids where They charge you for doing work its a low income place 20 for everything they have to do after hours and I had a gas leak they charge me 20 just to come fix it the smell was so strong the gas leak was right where my sons room is luckily my kids where at there granny house it could have kill them and I called the office for them to come fix they said turn off the pilot if it still smells give me a call back well I wasnt sure how to turn it off so I call 911 to have them to come look at it the could smell it from my front door well I called the maintenance back well the fire department did the maintenance got mad I did and it took him 3hours to get to my house I still live here but saving up to move more ... hide ...

They are fixing them up Have kicked alot out Havent had any trouble at all They have 2 officers that ride though alot i repirt something needs fixed They send someone out right away
