Lisa the assistant director and Steve the director are collecting a check and they dont know whats happening nor are they concerned Lisa doesnt have a clear idea why a new voucher is being issued It is because the staff can not read nor add pay wages Lisa the assistant director and Steve the director are collecting a check and they dont know whats happening nor are they concerned Lisa doesnt have a clear idea why a new voucher is being issued It is because the staff can not read nor add pay wages properly Instead of them actually doing their job they are disregarding what is actually occurring and simply following what their incompetent employees are doing I am suppose to be doing a re verification because Lauren Jordan read my pay stub incorrectly and added additional money to my gross income When Lauren was confronted for the final time she blamed the other 3 staff members as fault for the gross income being calculated Lisa W the director knew none of this and cares nothing about why there is a new voucher being done The entire office needs to be fired and new staff that is competent needs replace them The assistant director director are most definitely going to acknowledge what was done and they need to implement something to ensure that this doesnt happen again Lisa is trying to ignore what her staff did and is trying to make this simply about something else When the reality is they want an appointment with me to issue a new voucher fixing the numbers the miscalculated Lisa is acting clueless so she can pretend like it never happen I reached out to Lisa W numerous times and she never returned my call She told the hud hotline that she doesnt even know if I live at said complex The hud hotline clearly told me that she claimed she couldnt get a hold of me to issue a new voucher Today she starts the conversation with how can I help you and ended it with what is it I can do for you Show up as a competent accountable assistant director who actually acknowledged what is occurring within the office you are overseeing Im never shutting up about this Ive got the evidence I need to confirm what Im saying The lack of concern for what her staff does was insulting but this is what they do more ... hide ...
