Ive been on this waiting list for 6 years smh Only bright side to this place is the office manager Tony Gutierrezhes very professional and sincere and empathetic For the last 6 years Ive been calling into the office to follow up Tony calls back promp Ive been on this waiting list for 6 years smh Only bright side to this place is the office manager Tony Gutierrezhes very professional and sincere and empathetic For the last 6 years Ive been calling into the office to follow up Tony calls back promptly like within a couple hours He emails you back immediately and is fair when it comes to resolving issues The receptionist however gives contradicting information Not Lydias fault though How is she suppose to remember what she said several times about several years ago But I remember because this is not a game for me its my real life So Ive kept track of every conversation and lydia has been inconsistent indifferent but also nice at times When it comes to HHA dont hold your breathyoud go homeless waiting on them Securing a voucher from them is like a fairytale Hopefully that dream comes true for me some day soon more ... hide ...
