I wont even get started on most of the residents Ive encountered here but the staff here is rude refuses to return phone calls I had a threat of retaliation against me because they entered my apartment without the required 24 hour notice I sent a cer I wont even get started on most of the residents Ive encountered here but the staff here is rude refuses to return phone calls I had a threat of retaliation against me because they entered my apartment without the required 24 hour notice I sent a certified letter stating it was illegal and not to do it again Joanne from the office called after they received it and stated fine we just dont come anymore Thats retaliation folks also illegal for them to do I had all of my maintenance requests ignored since Oh then shortly after that they tried to raise my rent by more than double again without the required 30 day notice I spoke to Cherrie the office manager and told her you cant do that she said oh I know it just gets attention This place should be shut down Maybe slightly better than a cardboard box or a car to live in Grounds are dirty they dont impose their own rules on residents that are a problem Security will NOT return phone calls Steer clear Id give it negative stars if I could more ... hide ...
