Lady said office is closed No emergency services No applications Doesnt have an answer for any questions So they are doing absolutely nothing but collecting a wage from the tax payers Why do we need this department who helps no one

How can this VERY IMPORTANT department be closed this long Seniors have no place to live My dad has been on the waiting list for over 2 years and never received a phone call Its a disgracefully run department

Rude staff except the lady who is usually at the desk JCHA is so much better
