I cannot give this company any stars whatsoever. My experience with them has been awful. They made me drive six hours with a newborn baby to handle some paperwork last minute, and waited another hour because they were taking lunch break. They made me drive six hours with a newborn baby to handle some paperwork last minute, and waited another hour because they were taking lunch break. How pitiful and thoughtless. They sent me home, claiming that I would be contacted within two weeks when a unit was available. However, a unit became available within two days, and I was contacted last minute and told I only had 24 hours to return. I don't possess a car, nor do I have family or friends, and I spent almost all my money getting there the first time. I told Georgette that it was impossible for me to make it that day due to a lack of transportation, yet I guaranteed her I would arrive the next day via train (which only runs once a day at noon). You would think they would comprehend and show some mercy, but they were NOT. They were EXTREMELY UNKIND and harsh toward me, and said that if I couldn't be there by 2pm then it would be "my lost". I thought this company was about assisting? No, instead, they're about humiliating people. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone; it was the WORST experience of my life. more ... hide ...

I recommend you record and video tape every conversation you have with the housing authority Especially the inspection department they will mix up your housing unit file with another tenants and expect you to pay for another tenants damages and filth I recommend you record and video tape every conversation you have with the housing authority Especially the inspection department they will mix up your housing unit file with another tenants and expect you to pay for another tenants damages and filthiness This is what i am going through at this minute And when you go about it the correct way for them to fix their error they brush you off or ignore you but still want you to pay Watch yourself video tape your home before and after They are very sneaky God bless and have mercy on their souls more ... hide ...
