Worst experience ever I was approved for a voucher last year and never found a place so it expired okay cool The waiting list came open in September 2022 and I applied got a confirmation email saying I was successful and to wait for communication Fas Worst experience ever I was approved for a voucher last year and never found a place so it expired okay cool The waiting list came open in September 2022 and I applied got a confirmation email saying I was successful and to wait for communication Fast forward to December 8 I call because I couldnt log in to check my status The lady tells me they dont have my application because I applied July of last year and let my voucher expire so Im not eligible I was told that I could reapply a year after it expired and it has been well over a year Now when I try and call nobody will answer the phone Just ridiculous more ... hide ...

I would rate 0 stars but I had to put 1 star to be able to post I was sent a letter in April 2022 for an offer I accepted the offer and went in the office May 3rd 2022 to sign paperwork and so they could tell me how much my rent was going to be m I would rate 0 stars but I had to put 1 star to be able to post I was sent a letter in April 2022 for an offer I accepted the offer and went in the office May 3rd 2022 to sign paperwork and so they could tell me how much my rent was going to be my move in date on my paperwork was June 30 2022 Here it is August 20 2022 and the unit is STILL not ready Its still in maintenance status How has it been 3 12 months and the unit is still not available I have called multiple times and no one has done anything I even got another letter in the mail offering me another unit and I called to accept it and they told me I had got that letter in error and disregard it I need help I dont understand why nobody has done ANYTHING to get this unit available Its crazy But the people that work there are absolutely no help and when I call I get nothing but an attitude at this point more ... hide ...
