Absolutely awful service I dont think these people in this office do anything all day Ive asked for information and help with my mothers case that has ALS and they dont do anything DISGRACE

The women who work at this housing authority simply do not care Especially Charlene who would only speak with me over the phone The kindest thing I can say is that maybe shes suffering from job burn out Her lack of interest was the clearest thing tha The women who work at this housing authority simply do not care Especially Charlene who would only speak with me over the phone The kindest thing I can say is that maybe shes suffering from job burn out Her lack of interest was the clearest thing that came through the phone And it was more than she was just having a bad day This is the first negative review that I have ever written Being over 60 this of course is not my first negative experience But because the job of this organization is to help and serve people who are trying to get the basic need of housing met I cannot say nothing I am a current Peabody resident that is embarrassed by this representative of the city more ... hide ...
