I have been sending emails in order to file a complaint about this place. I have asked to talk to a manager more than five times and I have asked for a manager in person twice, yet all of them have been rude and unprofessional. I requested to change my new case worker, but I was denied. Additionally, my rent keeps increasing and when I ask why, I never receive an accurate answer. Even when I was unemployed in April, I was still charged rent for May and June. Furthermore, my new case worker is lazy, not wanting to check the income I get through social security, something my former case worker did. She will ask me to come in and repeat information I have already given, making last-minute changes near the end of the month, right before my rent increases again. This staff is unprofessional and unfair. Plus, I have heard that when you're unemployed, you're supposed to get a utility check. I was unemployed from 2004-2005 and again from 2009-2014 and I never received a utility check. Something strange is going on here. The receptionist and the management play too many games. The last time I asked to talk to a manager, I was lied to. They told me my case worker was a manager more than once, but when I asked for it in writing, the lady said she could not do that. Then, I said I had the right to make that request and she told me my case worker was not a more ... hide ...

The building is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful The landscaping is nice and kept up Only complaint I had is that there isnt any shaded parking so the car is crazy warm when you come back out
