I have been a client of Bridgewell for some time and the quality of their services has diminished greatly. The staff turnover is high, there is no communication between the staff and the front desk, and management has no idea what is going on. It is impossible to contact anyone from the main headquarters in order to file a complaint. I would not suggest them as an option for anyone with a mental health illness. All they are concerned about is money, not the care of their clients. In 2020, they made over seventy-five million dollars and received a ten million dollar loan in April 2021. They should not be in the field of mental health. They used to be attentive, but now, like many other places, they treat those with mental health issues poorly. One staff member even said to me, "We are sorry to lose a long-time customer like you." But Bridgewell still claims to be a very supportive and caring facility, which comes across as humorous to me. UPDATE: Someone from the headquarters finally contacted me, but nothing was accomplished. My advice is not to waste time filing a complaint. Instead, move on and hopefully you will find a place and a person who genuinely cares and is willing to help. more ... hide ...
