Now I am paying $1100 for a rundown 2/1 and I have asked several times for aid or some form of assistance to lower the payment. I am a solitary mother living on a fixed salary with no state support, hence it is either pay the huge backlog of rent or do without food or borrow money again and be in debt again. They do not have any compassion, everyone has an attitude but I bet they are all comfortably settled in their luxurious homes without a care in the world. This place is a joke and all the other complexes they own are the same, I am not even trying to stay here permanently, I need help to get back on my feet, but here you cannot even stand on two feet, they want everything you own.
