Ive been on the SPHA waiting list since Feb of 2021 only to be told in 2022 that my invitation was sent to my spam there were 3 forms of contact given just confused of why only one method of contact was use only to be still homeless good job SPHA

This program is literally setting families up for failure and leaving them with damn near no option but to become homeless Usually anything your voucher qualifies you for is in bad areas on the south side of pinellas county landlords are no longer wi This program is literally setting families up for failure and leaving them with damn near no option but to become homeless Usually anything your voucher qualifies you for is in bad areas on the south side of pinellas county landlords are no longer willing to accept tenants with section 8 and if the do the vouchers are nowhere close to rental amount being requested I thought this program would improve me and my family situation however it has only disappointed us and left our family set up for failure This is so wrong of them to take advantage of families at a time like this This program is a complete joke and useless to those who are in need If they continue to treat their participants like this the homeless rate is surely going to increase I have absolutely no faith in spha Wow more ... hide ...
