This is honestly the worst employer to ever work for They do not care about their employees especially when it comes to their mental health Senior staff is filled with unethical and bias nature trickling down to the bottom They do not answer the phon This is honestly the worst employer to ever work for They do not care about their employees especially when it comes to their mental health Senior staff is filled with unethical and bias nature trickling down to the bottom They do not answer the phone and leave caseloads untouched for months with tenants being ignored mainly the director of the section 8 department who idk why is allowed to never answer emails or calls but still able to collect salary Senior staff members talk about each other and fight all the time I can definitely say there are just a few amazing worker bees that actually care about the tenants and are there doing their job but thats it Do not expect to get trained or paid properly as an employee They cover up how terrible they are with lots of pto and field trips to waste admin fees Lets not also mention the ED and the inappropriate way he is allowed to speak to women staffI will leave it at that more ... hide ...

It was a completely awful communication experience. I was set to send a check to my prior apartment complex as part of their ERAP program to avoid eviction, but they unceremoniously terminated the program without informing us in advance of the schedu It was a completely awful communication experience. I was set to send a check to my prior apartment complex as part of their ERAP program to avoid eviction, but they unceremoniously terminated the program without informing us in advance of the scheduled eviction. I had been dealing with them for months, going back and forth with emails and phone calls. This left me (pregnant) and my toddler with a genetic disorder at risk of being homeless. I'm thankful for the Covid ERAP programs available, but I'll never forgive the negligence to cut the program with no contact or warning, even if they ever made an apology. It was inhumane. Nothing could repair the harm caused by their lack of communication and basic human kindness. Don't depend on them to avert or assist you with your predicament. Especially if Ceirra is your representative. She will keep you playing phone tag. Contact 211 and request a transfer if you're referred. Even though they cut one program, who knows what they can do for your circumstance. I wish the best of luck to anyone reading this and hope you get back on your feet. more ... hide ...

Ive been living in Chester County for 25 years I love the Downingtown area safe clean the community is every helpful to the needs of those of us who live here The Chester County Office of Human Services Medical Police and Department of Juvenile and P Ive been living in Chester County for 25 years I love the Downingtown area safe clean the community is every helpful to the needs of those of us who live here The Chester County Office of Human Services Medical Police and Department of Juvenile and Prison contacts are highly professional However Chester County Housing Authorities are the bottom of the entire Chester County operations They are the most unprofessional rude and insensitive group of people Ive come across since living here They are not for assisting the needs of the county of Chester residents Becauof my disability I wanted to come out and speak with someone from the Housing Authority I was told by a custodian that his boss Donna McCurry for me to come in at 222 Church st I showed up and to my surprise no one was there to met me The office was CLOSED I felt this was super unprofessional They left a bad taste in my stomach I thought to myself Is this an Angeboagency I would like to rent from These people never answer the phones nor is their word their bond to the folks who need them the most more ... hide ...
