After a few heated phone calls and submitting another check, the process was annulled, revealing how inhumane the place was managed. It seems as if they look for any excuse to evict tenants. They rarely use the phone and sometimes fail to include a rent envelope with the rent bill. Moreover, the person who mows the lawn leaves a mess of the porches and pavements each time without cleaning up (which is a hazard for slipping and falling). To worsen the situation, they keep increasing her rent every chance they get. The apartment is also not accessible for handicapped people. The front door entrance is too high to fit a wheelchair or a walker, and the same applies to the bathroom. The only shower/tub option is a standard tub with a tall side (while it should be a walk-in tub). All in all, the apartment is suitable for living, but that's all.
