They dont answer calls and emails and that case manager I thought they finally let go because she was so rude and unhelpfulEocia Holder she was promoted There is nowhere to complain only an 800 number where all they do is give you the number of someo They dont answer calls and emails and that case manager I thought they finally let go because she was so rude and unhelpfulEocia Holder she was promoted There is nowhere to complain only an 800 number where all they do is give you the number of someone else where I was directed to the field office in Miami where no one answers the phone either In fact their voicemail wont even take messages No one in Palm Beach County wants to take the voucher because of the level of service given by the staff Not to mention that rent has gone up and section 8 fair market rents have not I want to encourage anyone reading this who may have encountered the same issues as me to reach out and contact the Mayor of your city and Governor of the state I dont know if they can help but I do know that I am paying taxes toward these peoples salary and toward the HUD program so someone somewhere has to care If you care and want answers dont stop at one email or call keep writing and fill that mailbox with your questions go down the list of HUD authorities and contact every single one of them Make sure you give them the names of the workers who dont answer you I dont believe for one minute that these people are that busy I think that they just dont have a clue on how to do their job They are not trained properly and most likely do not need any certification to do the job I wouldnt be surprised if they dont even need to be a high school graduate to get a job there There are no job prerequisites all you need to know is how to evade questions and ignore recipients They LIE too The first review I read was from an actual case worker changing her name Eocia Holder to give the office a good review which is probably what is keeping her so busy that she cant answer my emails and calls The whole thing is a JOKE Its not just me they wont even answer my landlord Yes Eocia I know its you in that review and I wont stop until you take yourself back to the drive through window at McDonalds where your actually qualified to work you lazy rotten scoundrel You and all your lazy rotten coworkers more ... hide ...
