Our RRP application was approved and paid 9 months ago but we never received anything and neither did our landlord The team at RRP has give us the run around for 9 months an insists they have no system to track where the check went and that they can Our RRP application was approved and paid 9 months ago but we never received anything and neither did our landlord The team at RRP has give us the run around for 9 months an insists they have no system to track where the check went and that they cannot cancel it This seems very unlikely to me as its thousands of dollars how would there be no system to track ANYTHING We did everything exactly we we were supposed to and finished everything in April 2022nnThroughout this process several agents on the phone have communicated that theyve experienced internal layoffs The phone reps are either told to not share much or literally just have 0 information Its been months of I can escalate that for you but cant give you a time frame on when youll hear anything from them Its very frustrating and dishearteningnnI do not believe we will receive any funds and I wish we would be told that directly I dont know what is going on behind the scenes but there is no honesty here more ... hide ...

Had submitted an application along with my documents on March 1 2022 Wasnt accepted until the end of June 2022 now on Oct 19 2022 they state that they are out of money My application was submitted before the May 2022 deadline What happened
