It all began when I applied for a transfer from Section 8 to another city in February, with a move out date of March 30th. When I asked if there was anything else I had to do, I was told no. As a result, they took me off Section 8 and I was told I owed a fine of $780, which I paid to be reinstated. They sent mail out on the 28th, but I haven't received it yet. I applied for housing in Jesup, Georgia, but was denied because they said I owed a fine, which I know I paid. I have tried to contact them repeatedly, but with no response. This has been a difficult experience for me, especially during a pandemic, and I have no idea what to do. I am desperate for help and it is scary to know I have no assistance. more ... hide ...

Slow almost always have to wait and hear a bunch of stupid ppl argue with the receptionist while waiting to be called up to the receptionist like at dfacs
