It's either something that requires fixing in the apartment or the people. They take ages to come and mend things. I spent the whole summer striving to get rid of those huge cockroaches and water bugs that would enter through the crevices and backdoor of my apartment. I was forced to purchase my own bug spray; they would spray sometimes but it was ineffective. I should not have to purchase my own bug spray. My kids were petrified of the bugs. After that, some loud neighbors with obnoxious children, who were disrespectful and played loud music, moved next to me a few months ago. I even contacted the regional manager, Ms. Nancy Johnson, but she does not even reply to my emails or calls. Ugh, I'm going to pursue this further if nothing is done. They don't care about you or your family. My kids and I ought to be able to coexist in peace in the place where I pay rent. It's unjust what they are doing. There is drug activity and shooting as well. My kids even saw a man draw a gun and point it at someone. They don't even care since they don't have to live here. I'll be so thankful when more ... hide ...
