I been calling soon will be 2 months same thing is going on in Richmond

No receptionist occasionally someone may answerto tell you they only transfer callsthey dont work for the housing authoritywhen you speak to the seem likeonly two employeesthey are rudeunfriendlyunhelpful it msde me reconsiderSad but true
