This place is ridiculous I moved all the way from Arizona believing that my children and I were going to get help and be in a better position and place Well I was wrong The workers are very unprofessional Annie Wardington is very disrespectful and un This place is ridiculous I moved all the way from Arizona believing that my children and I were going to get help and be in a better position and place Well I was wrong The workers are very unprofessional Annie Wardington is very disrespectful and unprofessional She processed my paperwork to a landlord without my signature and even sent him payments for rent So obviously she doesnt check paperwork I called the state on them and they lied of course The landlord name is Wilbur Boone and never rent from that man He is very nasty He dont fix anything He also have connections with the workers at Twin Rivers as well Dont trust them people at that office at all They all knew my business and thats a HIPPA violation They dont care about anything or anyone When you try to report something they make an argument out of everything and then lie about it Here are pictures of my place which was inhabitable for my kids and I to stay in Yes I picked the place but unfortunately I couldnt see it before choosing it because I was all the way in Arizona but once I got there and saw all the mold all the garbage all the infestation of roaches and mice and the place was falling apart very badly I called and explained this to them and they said the place passed for inspection already The landlord even went to another tenant and told my business to them Told them that I wasnt signing a contract unless the issues were fixed and its true I didnt sign a darn thingI never had nor needed section 8 I work my butt off as a single mom and alway have I have a great job helping others and its sad that my children and I moved all the way out to NC to become homeless all because of non compliance and unprofessional workers Their lies will catch up with them more ... hide ...
